A balance of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay (63%/37%) this wine showcases exceptional finesse and elegance. With a bright, straw-gold hue, the wine opens with a complex bouquet of citrus blossom, toasted brioche, and hints of fresh-cut apple. On the palate, it offers a symphony of flavors—crisp green apple, lemon curd, and nuances of honeycomb—balanced by a creamy mousse and fine, persistent bubbles. The finish is long and refined, with lingering notes of almond and subtle minerality, embodying the pristine terroir.
